Harbeton
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Harbeton is a premier fluorosilicate concrete hardener and dustproofer for both vertical concrete and concrete flooring. It permanently increases the abrasion, impact and wear resistance of concrete with high volumes of pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic.
This product reacts with free limes present in concrete. We include scientifically balanced surfactants to ensure maximum penetration and performance.
Harbeton imparts chemical resistance to a broad spectrum of chemical compounds in order to ensure successful cleanup of most organic acids, alkalis, salts, foods, fats, oils, greases and solvents.
Use to dustproof vertical concrete and concrete floors where dust formation would pose an appearance problem or a contamination problem with building contents, equipment and/or occupants.
ADVANTAGES

- Densifies, strengthens, seals and also dustproofs soft or dusty concrete floors
- Floors avoid characteristic "sweating" common to floors treated with membrane dust-proofers and hardeners
- Creates an improved surface for mechanical bonding
- Leaves no residual film that might impair adhesion of toppings, adhesives, sealers or paints
- Meets all federal as well as state VOC requirements
- Meets or exceeds all performance specifications for liquid chemical hardeners, including those for silicate and fluorosilicate types established by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Navy, Veterans Administration, and also G.S.A.
- Also available in a Concentrate version (Harbeton Concentrate) which requires dilution

- On ACI 302-69 Class 1 through 4 concrete floors
- New as well as existing concrete floors
- To dustproof vertical concrete and concrete floors where dust formation would pose an appearance problem or a contamination problem with building contents, equipment and/or occupants
- To improve bonding strengths of adhesives, toppings, plaster and paints
